Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

CSCS, PES, FMS

Gabe was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Florida around the age of four. As one of four boys, Gabe grew up playing many sports including baseball, soccer, and golf with his brothers. However, baseball became Gabe’s chosen sport, playing in college at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort from 2008-2012. After a successful, pioneering career as a collegiate athlete Gabe went on to play professionally in Puerto Rico for the Yuaco Cafeteros.

Upon returning, he began pursuing the field of strength and conditioning with the mindset of staying connected with the sport he loves so much. In 2015, Gabe became a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Nationals. Gabe takes pride in creating new ways for athletes to perform consistently at their best. In his spare time you’ll find Gabe playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family.

Gabe is the head strength and conditioning coach for Future Phenoms Baseball Training and will be creating the premier workout programs for our athletes.
