Jeff started playing baseball at Westurban in Wichita, KS when he was five years old; most years finishing as one of the top teams in the state. Jeff attended Wichita North High where he lettered in baseball and cross country. From there he went on to play NCAA DII baseball at Newman University and spent the summer collegiate seasons playing for teams in Wichita, Arizona, and California.
After his playing career at Newman, Jeff went on to play a couple winter and regular seasons of minor league (Independent) baseball in different parts of the US and Puerto Rico.
Now Jeff is a certified personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). He trains athletes from the ages of 6 all the way through college level players. He is also the head hitting instructor for the Wichita Aeros high school showcase program and the assistant coach for their 15U showcase team. Jeff is the hitting/assistant coach for Circle High School as well.

Coach Rau - Coached Jeff at Newman 2006-2009
Coach Orv - minor league hitting coach for the Red Sox and Dodgers organizations. (Worked with Manny Ramirez and Yaseal Puig)
Ozzie Canseco - played 3 seasons in the Major Leagues
Jose Canseco - 6 time MLB All star and 4 time Silver Slugger award winner
Jeff started this company to not only share knowledge he learned throughout his baseball career, but to also motivate, inspire, and empower athletes all over the world! He will be doing the online hitting instruction and helping Gabe construct the strength and conditioning program for Future Phenoms Baseball Training.
